Prentice administrator warns custodial strain, requests help with operations

In the administrators report, Keith described differing conditions across two areas that needed cleaning and estimated progress as "40-60% better." He said Amy P. is helping cover custodial duties while Donna and Paul are out and that Terry is assisting with set-up and take-down for activities. Keith told the board the volume of incoming duties "feels unmanageable with admin/principal duties" and said he needs more help and time to prioritize tasks.
