Member Kathy Nelson moved to approve a Decommissioning Agreement for Dimer Solar, LLC during the Sept. 17 meeting. After discussion, Nelson moved to withdraw the motion and return the item to committee; Member Dale Stiles seconded the withdrawal. The minutes record the withdrawal and do not show a subsequent vote.
