The committee approved using $5,000 from the fund balance to cover an overage for a digital sign to be installed at Smithfield High School. Mrs. Sala moved the funding, Mrs. Fafard seconded, and members voted 5‑0 to authorize the payment to complete the donation from the Class of 2020.
