Public Works requests larger training budget after hydrant-use incident

Public Works Director Arthur Simmons reported completion of water pressure and sample testing for the ACC Public Safety Training Center, requested an increased 'Training and Travel' budget for staff certifications, and reported an incident in Bedford Hills where someone drew water from a fire hydrant — he said he collected the individual's license and will invoice for estimated water reimbursement.
