Code enforcement reports 15 open housing cases and 14 new trash-can cases
Alliance Code Enforcer Carrington Lucas told the council his office sent letters and granted some extensions, reported multiple minimal-housing violations and vehicle tows, and said 15 of 28 January cases remain open plus 14 active trash-can cases in February.

Carrington Lucas of Alliance Code Enforcement presented the monthly packet to the council and explained enforcement activity, including a new trash-can placard distributed to residents. He reported a number of minimal-housing violations, multiple vehicles towed and that some residents sought extensions; "some extensions were granted and some were not, it just depended on the circumstances," Lucas said.
