Staff presented the Transportation Planning Work Program (UPWP), the federally required MPO planning document that programs PL and metropolitan planning funds for planning activities over a two‑year outlook. The presentation highlighted ongoing and upcoming studies including the freight study, airport accessibility study, a regional greenway study, ITS architecture updates and Safe Streets for All coordination.
