One NEVI EV charging site drops out; Rutherford County location removed from scope

As part of the TIP amendment discussion staff updated the board on the NEVI charging project. Matthew Cushing reported that the NEVI‑funded effort originally identified seven EV charging locations and that one recipient backed out during contracting, so the Rutherford County site was removed from the project scope.
