Facilities Director Clinton Southworth reviewed summer maintenance and projects, reporting high school areas cleaned after use by an external group and readiness to reopen to teachers on August 12; the middle school conference room wall project is nearing completion and remains under budget. Southworth said the soccer concession stand repair is complete, carpet installed in some elementary classrooms, the gym A/C repaired, and donated chairs installed at EVES.
