The Shellsburg City Council approved Resolution #2025-11-18B on Nov. 18, 2025, certifying tax-increment financing (TIF) for a new development. Councilmember Harvey moved the resolution and Councilmember Hepker seconded; the council voted unanimously in favor (all ayes).
