Manager: FAA agreement reached for AWOS site; construction expected spring

Walt, the airport manager, told the commission the airport has finalized an agreement with the FAA and has an approved site for the automated weather observation system (AWOS). He said staff expect final actions in the next few weeks and plan to begin construction in the spring.
