At its Jan. 20, 2026 annual meeting, the Development Authority of Floyd County unanimously elected Ryan Earnest chair, Sundai Stevenson vice chair and Ryan Leonard secretary/treasurer to fill a seat vacated Dec. 31, 2025.

The Development Authority of Floyd County on Jan. 20 elected new officers and filled a board vacancy after the term of Chris Tywman expired Dec. 31, 2025. Nat Massey moved to nominate Sundai Stevenson as vice chair; Jeff Brooks seconded and the board voted in favor.
