The Colusa County Transportation Commission placed on its May 19 agenda a proposal to allocate $200,701 in FY 2025–26 Regional Surface Transportation Program / Regional Surface Transportation Block Grant Program (RSTP/RSTBGP) funds under Resolution No. 2526-001. The staff recommendation in the agenda packet split the funds by population: City of Williams (25%) $50,175; City of Colusa (30%) $60,210; County of Colusa (45%) $90,316.
