The Town Council voted unanimously to adopt Ordinance 26‑06, which repeals and replaces the town’s building and construction code provisions and adopts updated International and National construction codes by reference, with local amendments. Town Attorney Allen Quist and Willdan consultants presented recommended language and implementation effects.
