At the start of its July 14 meeting, the Cave Spring City Council unanimously approved meeting minutes for June 9 and 23 and July 7. Councilmember Charles Jackson moved to approve the minutes; Councilmember Baker Harbin seconded and the vote was recorded as unanimous.
