A representative of OHCE told Woods County officials on May 4 that the group has grown to about 60 members in Lewis County and asked the body to issue a proclamation and pose for a photo recognizing the organization’s work at the Woods County Fair. "We have about 60 members in Lewis County," the OHCE presenter said, and noted that members staff the Women’s Building and assist 4-H activities throughout the year.
