Director Harris reported that bids for the 3301–3343 Broadway RFP were due that day and none were received. Attorney Steven Jenkins explained that under Indiana Code the commission can open private negotiations for a 30-day period if no valid bids meet the minimum offering amount, and that if a later offer is below the minimum the commission must wait 30 days to return the sale to public consideration.
