The commission approved a $55,000 extension to its contract with the Notre Dame School of Architecture to develop planning and design work for Midtown infill, covering roughly 19th to 26th avenues and Malcolm X Boulevard to Harrison Street.

Director Harris asked the commission to approve an additional $55,000 to extend professional services with the Notre Dame School of Architecture to plan Midtown infill and design standards. Harris said the mayor prioritized having a Midtown plan for 2027 to guide infill housing, design standards and development-ready parcels.
