On second reading the council adopted Ordinance 25-056 to rezone the property at 2506 Riverside Drive from Residential Multifamily-2 (RMF2) to Residential Multifamily-1 (RMF1) with conditions; Councilor Travis Chambers moved adoption and the motion carried unanimously by those present, with Councilor Huff later asking to have his vote recorded in the affirmative.
