Staff reported that projects 1–8 in the parish road program have been awarded and that projects 1–5 have started construction. "Of the 5 that are started, project 1 is at 94% complete. 2 is at 37%. 3 is at 7. 4 is at 8.5 and 5 is at 10," staff said, providing the committee with a status snapshot.
