Residents asked about the status of the former Reaper's Realm (River North/Oxbow) property. Planning staff said the city put an RFP out about a month earlier and received two responses; officials are reviewing proposals and are in due diligence with a preferred developer. "We are going through the proposals now. We are honed in on one developer," a planning official said.
