The Village Board approved Resolution 2026-R-62, which accepts a Transferee Assumption Agreement involving NP BGO Algonquin Corporate Center, LLC (the transferor) and NP BGO Algonquin Corporate Center Phase 2, LLC (the transferee), subject to attorney review. The motion was moved and seconded and carried on a roll call vote with Trustees Dianis, Glogowski, Auger, Spella, Brehmer and Smith voting aye.
