Members of the operations committee and project leads updated the board on referendum construction work and financing. A committee member reported on-site inspections and said work is largely progressing on schedule, though masonry is slightly behind but has a plan to catch up. The committee noted local spending so far: "local spending as of October 15 at Washington ended up at $1,873,714, and local spending at the middle school as of October 15 is currently at $1,711,660."
