The Local Planning Agency recommended approval of a rezoning application (RZ‑26‑26) that would change about 90 gross acres on the south side of Griffin Road from community facility to Rural Ranches A, allowing the Reserve at Southwest Ranches development to proceed to future site‑plan review.
