The Planning Commission recommended and the Board unanimously recommended that the Zoning Hearing Board approve a variance for 1600 Whitfield Boulevard to enclose an existing porch for a kitchen addition. The recommendation will be forwarded to the Zoning Hearing Board.

GIS Engineering & Planning Coordinator Jen Bensinger presented a variance request for 1600 Whitfield Boulevard seeking relief from the rear yard setback to allow enclosure of an existing porch for a kitchen addition. The Planning Commission voted to recommend approval at its Oct. 1 meeting, and the Board of Supervisors voted unanimously to recommend that the Zoning Hearing Board approve the variance.
