Danielle Stewart of Paragon HR Consulting introduced herself and summarized the township's Management Development Program, which has expanded since the December report. She said more than 14 directors and leads have participated in monthly coaching since January, six department-wide trainings were held, and twelve major training sessions are scheduled through 2026.
