Director of Parks & Recreation Judy Houck recommended awarding the Meadow Management/Hay Production contract to Matt Balthaser for $1,800.00 (contract period July 1–Nov 15, 2026). Ms. Houck noted the contract is with the high bidder and will save Township mowing costs because the contractor will harvest meadow grasses on four parcels totaling 36 acres.
