Building official reports inspections, citations and dumpster enforcement practices

Building Official Jeff Baker told the council he and Inspector Wertz have recently identified additional businesses operating without certificates of occupancy and that coordination with the Police Department has increased administrative citations. He reported completing an initial walkthrough for a business on Center Drive and said he has spoken with the owner of Optimized Physical Therapy but has not yet completed that walkthrough.
