County staff moves several capital projects into earlier fiscal year; FY2027 shows net decrease
Finance staff adjusted the Capital Improvement Plan timing, pulling some projects from fiscal year 2027 into 2026 which increases FY26 spending and created a net decrease in FY27.

Speaker 4 reviewed changes to the county’s capital improvement plan, saying they had shifted some projects earlier than originally scheduled: "If I think something's gonna get paid a little earlier, I might move some funds... So we'd have a little bit more, dollars being spent in '26 than what I had expected originally."
