The council approved a conditional‑use permit and site plan for a proposed fourplex at 13225 North Main Street, a 0.73‑acre mixed‑use parcel. City staff presented the site plan, elevations and landscaping; the development proposes four one‑story, three‑bedroom units of about 1,800 square feet each with two‑car garages and private patios.
