The Colby Common Council adopted the City of Colby Comprehensive Plan 2024–2044 on Nov. 4 by approving Ordinance 2024-4. Susan Badtke of the West Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission presented the draft plan during the meeting’s public hearing; meeting minutes record that comments on the draft were positive.
