Staff outlined several projects and studies coming into the pipeline: invitations to negotiate for Lot 5 (east of Hotel Marion) and projects at Reed Place, North Magnolia and Tucker Hill, a mix of residential and commercial developments. "In the near future, the focus will be getting some of the invitation to negotiate documentation out, and that includes Lot 5, Reed Place, North Magnolia, Tucker Hill," staff said.
