The Clinton County Board of Supervisors adopted Ordinance 2026-02 on Sept. 4, 2026, changing the zoning designation for Lot 1 of Seys Subdivision from A‑1 (Prime Agricultural) to R‑1 (Suburban Residential). The ordinance follows a Planning and Zoning Commission recommendation and a public hearing held Aug. 11, 2026, with the Board conducting a first reading Aug. 31 and a second reading and adoption on Sept. 4.
