The Timnath Town Council approved first reading and scheduled a public hearing for June 9, 2026, at 6:00 PM on ORDINANCE NO. 10, SERIES 2026, a petition to include property within the Ladera Business Improvement District. Community Development Director Scott Robinson said the request would replat and combine Lots 8 and 9 into a single parcel for inclusion, while Lots 4–7 will be merged into a separate lot and excluded from the BID because of prospective non‑commercial interest.
