Clinton County planning staff announced the start of a transition to a cloud-based permitting system (Cloudpermit). Staff said the office has issued its first permits using the new platform while continuing to operate the old system during the migration; the new software will enable view-only access for elected officials and useful packet-sharing and planning modules.
