Proponents commit to revise text after technical review

Several points in the memorandum prompted proponents to say they would revise the initiative text. Shane Madsen told staff, "We will clarify in the revised submission," when staff asked about dates and whether certain subsections were intended to be replaced. Proponents said they had already made some technical changes and would add others in response to staff questions.
