Chief of Police Travis Dregne told the council he has begun providing a service log to be included in future packets and said his department will enforce the city's solicitor and transient merchant permit requirements after recent instances of direct sellers operating without permits, citing Brightspeed as an example. Dregne said enforcement will continue under the existing permit process.
