City Auditor Jenny Wong presented the office's 2025 audit follow‑up and the results of an independent audit of the Payroll Audit Division, saying departments implemented 23 audit recommendations since November 2024 and that 45 of 94 recommendations issued since 2020 (48%) are closed. "Compared to the last follow‑up period, the implementation rate has gone up 11 percentage points," Wong said, thanking staff while noting that 48 recommendations remain open.
