Council received a staff presentation on Syncta, a cross-connection control program designed to track completed backflow tests for water users. "This is a backflow testing program that will keep track of completed tests on water users in the City of Kittitas," the minutes state; staff said the program is needed so the city can be compliant with its water-system plan.
