Commissioner raises concerns about RFP timing and prior manager reporting

During discussion of the proposals, a committee member (S2) said they had spoken with a local property manager who was unaware the RFP had been issued and that, in their view, the procurement process should have been started earlier. "I think that process should have been earlier and done better," the committee member said, though they declined to hold up the decision.
