Deputy Administrator Shannon Elliott presented a department request to close project Tech 2602 (the computer-replacement program) and said there was a remaining balance of $90.13 in the fund. Commissioner Collins moved the motion and Commissioner Gauss seconded; the committee approved the closure by voice vote. "We have closed that project," the chair said following the vote.
