After the city engineer revised a bid estimate upward, council accepted the revision and awarded a $179,015 contract to PSE Contractors (part of Allen's Excavating) for site preparation, drainage, grading and concrete pads for a new salt storage building; total phase 1 remains within the $430,000 budget.
