The Appleton City Plan Commission on Oct. 8 approved the Comet Ridge preliminary plat, a proposed phased residential development encompassing approximately 93 acres and 269 residential lots. The approval was conditioned on the items listed in the staff memo and will allow the developer to proceed to final plat review.
