The Delaware County Board of Commissioners on July 14 approved a services agreement with Civic Uplift LLC to administer Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs and provide general grant consulting and administration services.
Justin Nave, Director of Finance, said the vendor was selected through a competitive request for proposals and will administer CDBG programs and assist with other grant opportunities the county pursues. Commissioner Jeff Benton noted the county aims to pursue many grants and commissioners supported having an administrative partner in place.
The board voted to approve the services agreement (resolution 25-516) with both commissioners present voting in favor.
