Zoning Administrator Dunks presented the final plat for Golden Acres on June 16, describing an approximately 10-acre site laid out as eight buildable lots and one outlot. The plan follows the preliminary plat that received approval in February and includes proposed curb-and-gutter urban cross section rather than open ditches based on Public Works and Utility Commission recommendations.
