Commission approves Lincoln County courthouse annex as headquarters for new Eastern Regional Library System
Commission authorized the Eastern Regional Library System to use the county courthouse annex as its regional headquarters, approved up to $30,000 in SPLOST funds for initial improvements, waived an estimated $1,200 monthly lease as an in-kind contribution and agreed to serve as the region’s fiscal agent.
