COG authorizes cooperative agreement with Caltrans for Wagon Trail phase 2 PS&E using STIP funds
The Council approved a cooperative agreement transferring PS&E responsibilities for the Wagon Trail Realignment Project (Phase 2 eastern segment) to Caltrans as implementing agency; the project carries STIP funding with approximately $4.2 million available for the phase.

The Calaveras County Council of Governments voted Oct. 1 to authorize the executive to execute cooperative agreement number 10-0609 with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) to complete plans, specifications and estimates (PS&E) for the eastern segment of the State Route 4 Wagon Trail Realignment Project, phase 2.
