Senate refers three disaster-related bills to Select Committee on Disaster Preparedness and Flooding
The Senate referred Senate Bill 1 (disaster preparedness, response and recovery), Senate Bill 2 (outdoor warning sirens in flood-prone areas) and Senate Bill 67 (powers of the division of emergency management during a local state of disaster) to the Select Committee on Disaster Preparedness and Flooding, the chamber's secretary announced.

The Senate referred three bills to the Select Committee on Disaster Preparedness and Flooding, the chamber's secretary announced during the session. The measures were introduced as Senate Bill 1 by Perry, Senate Bill 2 by Benton Court and Senate Bill 67 by Eckhart and Menendez.
