The Kenosha City Plan Commission approved a development agreement between the city, Kenosha Water Utility and Schuetz Container Systems to extend Seventieth Avenue and construct related infrastructure, including a rail spur and bridge, as part of an industrial development in District 16.

The Kenosha City Plan Commission on Oct. 9 approved a developer agreement among the City of Kenosha, the Kenosha Water Utility and Schuetz Container Systems Inc. for property north of 40 Sixth Street on Seventieth Avenue in District 16. The commission held a public hearing and voted to approve the agreement after staff recommended it.
