An Aug. 18 safety inspection of the Murph facility, reported to the Adams County Solid Waste Committee Oct. 7, found recurring machine-guarding problems, exposed chains and electrical covers removed from equipment, and interlock and emergency-stop (e-stop) wiring that was either not active or not linked into the system.
