County staff reported acceptance of a maintenance bond for Peabody Farms West Section 2 in the amount of $205,213.38. The board also approved release of two performance bonds: one for Peabody Farms West for $1,230,964.00 and a second for Ellis Acres Subdivision for $495,921.89. Commissioners approved the motions by voice vote.
No conditions or remaining punch-list items were specified during the meeting remarks. Commissioners directed staff to process bond releases per county procedures.
